1. Playing format: best of 11 legs 501, flying start. The “away” (right side) player on the fixture list will throw first in legs 1,3,5,7,9,11 and the “home” (left side) player will throw first in legs 2,4,6,8,10. As soon as one player achieves 6 winning legs the game is over, the losing player scoring the legs he has won up to that point.

2. All League matches will be played on Wednesday nights. The order of play will be done on the night so all players must be at the Venue to do the draw before 7.30pm.

3. Players will only be permitted to cancel/re-arrange a game if they have a family bereavement. No other reason will be acceptable, if you don’t turn up, you don’t get any points.

8.  Marking games on the night will be as follows:

1 marks 6, 2 marks 4, 3 marks 5, 4 marks 2, 5 marks 3 and 6 marks 1

4. All players must pay £2 a week which will go towards the prize money at the end of the season each player must also pay £1 for a go on the Football card which also must be sold to make up the prize money. If a player drops out at any stage in the season then the player who takes his place must carry on paying the £2 a week and £1 for the football card. The player who drops out will not receive any prize money whatsoever. The Player who takes over will start where the player who dropped out left off.

5. Re-arranged games will not be played at the start of the night they must be played at the end.

6. The Player who finishes bottom in the league at the end of any season will lose their place in the league and will have to enter the play off to regain their place.

7. The play off will be held at a venue within the league before the start of the following season. This gives the league opportunity for new blood to come in. To enter the play off is free the format will depend on entries.
